These are the same terms shown on every payment page before you pay; the payment page's "Purchase terms" section is the canonical text.
Purchase terms
Credits belong to this purchase and this app only. They do not expire and cannot be transferred.
Unused credits are refundable on request at the price you paid — contact support with your payment receipt. Credits already spent on AI responses are not refundable.
By paying, you ask Innerva to supply the service immediately and acknowledge that spent credits are excluded from any statutory right of withdrawal.
How to request a refund
Email support@innerva.net with your payment receipt. The unused balance of your purchase is refunded to your original payment method at the price you paid, and the purchase's remaining credits are closed out. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Disputes
A refund is always available for unused credits, so please reach out before disputing a charge. If a payment is disputed with your card issuer, the associated credits are suspended while the dispute is open and do not automatically reopen afterward.
