Innerva
Privacy policy
Effective August 2026 · private beta
Innerva sells prepaid credits for AI inference. The service is designed so that the most sensitive things it touches — your prompts, the model's output, and your payment details — are never stored by Innerva at all.
What Innerva stores
Only the accounting needed to supply the service you paid for:
- Request and integration identifiers, and the app's self-asserted display name and website.
- Credit amounts, purchase quotes, credit pools, grants, reservations, and immutable ledger entries.
- Lifecycle states and timestamps, cryptographic public keys and hashed credentials, and per-response token usage counts.
- At most one pseudonymous payment-processor reference per funded purchase — an opaque identifier only, used to locate a payment for refunds.
What Innerva never stores
- Prompts or model output — not in the database, logs, traces, crash reports, or backups.
- Your name, email address, postal address, or any payment method details. Payment is collected directly by Stripe; card data never reaches Innerva.
- Raw payment webhooks, client secrets, raw protocol credentials, or private keys.
Third parties
Stripe processes payments; the payment page loads Stripe's secure payment form. Inference runs on an external model provider under an arrangement that does not retain prompt or output content.
Cookies and tracking
Innerva sets one first-party cookie, only during a purchase, to bind the purchase session to your browser. There are no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.
